Uridine triacetate is a synthetic uridine pro-drug that is converted to uridine in vivo. It is a pyrimidine analog used for the reversal of overdose, regardless of the presence of symptoms, and early-onset, severe or life-threatening CNS toxicity or cardiotoxicity of fluorouracil or capecitabine.
